The Candor Foundation Inc. USA, a non-profit educational charity, was established in Los Angeles, USA, in 2001. Its main purpose is to support education - hoping that all students can have equal and fair education opportunities..Looking back, the foundation has been walking the path of _great love_for nearly twenty years.

1. Promoting the ideal of a_fair society_- everyone has an_equal opportunity_to receive education
           The foundation mainly uses the power of people at home and abroad, condenses and exerts humanitarian care, and sets up various educational scholarships to support minority or economically disadvantaged groups in the US, China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, subsidizing their poor students to receive basic education fairly and normally; assisting poor college students to complete higher education smoothly and peacefully.
          The foundation has always insisted: _to realize human development_, it should be based onthe concept of equality_, and promote the ideal of a_fair society_through education. 

2. Maintain people’s care, support, respect, and dignity for_the highest knowledge hall of the education and academic circles_
           With the economic power of the foundation, it subsidizes some financially difficult higher education and academic circles for their related academic activities, book publishing or research projects; provides a little life or medical assistance to retired elderly scholars, to maintain people’s care, support, respect, and dignity for the highest knowledge hall of the education and academic circles.
   
   
3. Support and sponsor _the dream of life_- let some humble dreams of the bottom weak people have a chance to be realized in the cruel reality world
           For the socially disadvantaged groups at the bottom of society such as the elderly/children/disabled/homeless street friends/minorities/poor and remote areas, the foundation often selects some appropriate cases and provides some eagerly anticipated assistance and care in time to satisfy their weak hopes and expectations in their hearts and help them realize_the dream of life_Let some humble dreams of the bottom weak people have a chance to be realized in the cruel reality, we are willing to provide this_almost extravagant_opportunity in time to add a beautiful feeling to life.
           The Candor Foundation in the United States has been moving towards_the ideal of a great world of old and young_, and by the way of_great love_, we maintain our longing and expectation for a beautiful world of mankind, and bring a line of survival hope and dream realization opportunities to the socially disadvantaged groups at the bottom.
           Because the source of funds for this foundation, the vast majority comes from the personal donations of the founders of the foundation ,耿興民、王立薇 ; human resources come from the selfless and unpaid dedication of the caring cadres of the Condor Group’s offices on both sides of the strait. In this limited resource, it is necessary to make effective distribution, so since the establishment of the foundation, it has temporarily donated_education_in mainland China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
